Discovery / Research / Strategy
During the discovery and research phase, a thorough analysis and assessment of clients marketing and business objectives are discussed and determined. Findings in this phase determine overall campaign requirements and objectives, target audience, creative direction, budget and timeline. Based on requirements, VisualMax implements subsequent phases as needed to ensure successful launch and execution. -
Specification / IA
Specification for site, microsite, application and/or ad creative is determined and defined. Information architecture. Wire-frames, site map and user experience documentation is created and approved as required. -
Design
Creative and Art direction are determined through an iterative process including client reviews and design versions. Design phase includes storyboard and graphical concept development. Copy writing and creative direction is combined for best possible ad creative. The design phase establishes brand identity or supports existing brand style guidelines. -
Development / Production
After the design phase is completed and approved, the development and production process begins. VisualMax transforms the design concepts and defined specification into reality. Based on requirements, the development phase may include front and/or back-end coding, Database programming, CMS, Flash production and full cross-browser testing to ensure best possible end user experience. For ad creative banner and/or print ads are produced to meet publisher specifications. Creative may include video pre and post production. -
Reporting / Analysis
Implementation of reporting and analytic software as required (i.e. Google analytics, 3rd party tracking tags) Reporting and analysis needed to optimize and improve results for both web site and online marketing programs. -
Support / Account Management
VisualMax provides account management, production, optimization and support as required to ensure successful implementation and execution of client projects/campaigns.
